Another legal cloud over Enphase
Pomerantz LLP says it filed a class action against Enphase Energy and certain officers in federal court in Northern California. The suit covers investors who bought Enphase securities between April 22, 2025 and October 28, 2025.
Why investors should care
This kind of case doesn’t hit the factory floor tomorrow, but it can still be a drag. Lawsuits bring legal bills, management distraction, and the sort of headline risk that makes investors squint at the stock a little harder.
The fine print that matters
The complaint seeks damages under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5. In plain English: the plaintiffs are trying to say the company and some execs misled investors, and they want money back.
Big picture
For Enphase shareholders, the market now has one more overhang to price in. Even if the case never gets near a courtroom showdown, the stock still has to live under that legal umbrella for a while.
