New boss, same wellness pitch
LifeVantage is swapping captains. The company said Terrence Moorehead will step in as president and CEO on Aug. 5, 2026, and join the board, while Steve Fife’s planned retirement kicks in on April 30.
The awkward middle stretch
Because the transition isn’t immediate, the board is setting up a little corporate relay race. Current director Michael Beindorff will serve as interim CEO, with Executive Advisors Kristen Cunningham and Carl Aure helping steer sales and finance until Moorehead officially takes over.
Why you should care
Leadership changes can mean anything from a clean handoff to a full-on strategy makeover. For a smaller consumer-health name like LifeVantage, the market will be watching for clues on whether Moorehead brings a growth push, a cost-cutting streak, or just the classic “new CEO, same slide deck” routine.
Big picture: The headline isn’t about a new product or a sales boom — it’s about who gets to write the next chapter, and that can matter more than you’d think.
