New org chart, same pressure to grow
Stagwell is tweaking its playbook again, this time with a segment-based growth structure meant to stitch together its Marketing Services and Media & Commerce divisions. The company also tapped Jabari Hearn, Julie Levin, and Lynne Reilly as senior leaders to run the new setup.
Why this matters
This isn’t flashy M&A or a blockbuster product launch. It’s the kind of internal reset companies make when they think the current structure is leaving money on the table. In adland, where clients are always asking for more integrated, cross-channel work, Stagwell is basically saying: “Let’s stop making customers play organizational ping-pong.”
The investor angle
The bet here is that cleaner leadership and a more segment-based sales motion can help Stagwell sell bigger packages, move faster, and maybe wring a little more efficiency out of the machine.
- Jabari Hearn and Julie Levin will focus on Strategic Growth for Marketing Services
- Lynne Reilly will lead Strategic Growth for Media & Commerce
- The company says the structure is designed to improve integrated growth across the business
Big picture: this won’t move the stock like a giant deal would, but it does tell you management is still trying to sharpen the engine instead of just admiring the hood ornament.
