Another AI buddy-up
Snowflake showed up to its own annual user conference, Snowflake Summit 26, with a fresh pitch: enterprise AI agents are great, but only if security and data teams don’t have a minor panic attack first. That’s where Cyera comes in.
The two companies said they’re expanding integrations so businesses can better protect sensitive data while scaling adoption of Snowflake’s Cortex AI agents. In plain English: Snowflake wants customers to use more AI, faster, without accidentally handing the keys to the kingdom to the wrong bot.
Why investors should care
This matters because Snowflake’s latest storyline is no longer just “cloud data warehouse.” It’s becoming “the operating layer for enterprise AI.” Every new integration, partner, and security wrapper makes it harder for customers to leave and easier for Snowflake to sell more of the AI stack.
The market tends to reward that kind of momentum, especially when the theme is sticky enterprise spending rather than a one-off demo-day lovefest. Big picture: Snowflake is trying to make AI adoption feel less like a leap of faith and more like a checkbox IT can live with.
