Another day, another AI partnership
CloudInteract and Red Kite just announced a joint delivery partnership built around autonomous AI voice agents for enterprise customers. The solution runs on Amazon Connect and Amazon Bedrock, which means Amazon is right in the middle of the action even though it’s not the one holding the handshake selfie.
Why this matters for Amazon
If you’re an AWS bull, this is the good stuff: more partners building useful, customer-facing AI on top of Amazon’s stack. That’s how cloud platforms quietly become the plumbing behind the next wave of enterprise software — not flashy, but very profitable if the usage keeps climbing.
The partnership is also showing off a working solution at PegaWorld in Las Vegas from June 7th to June 9th, which gives the whole thing a nice demo-day glow. Translation: it’s not just slideware, and the early use cases touch sticky, high-value industries like healthcare, financial services, insurance, and government.
Big picture
For Amazon, this is less about one tiny partnership and more about the broader AI land grab. Every new enterprise use case that lands on Amazon Connect or Bedrock makes AWS look a little more like the default home base for agentic AI — and that’s the kind of compounding story investors tend to like.
