Another partner wants a piece of the AI pie
Ondaro, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, says it’s launching Lighthouse, an AI-enabled activation plan designed to help enterprises figure out where to start with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower and what to switch on first. In plain English: it’s a guided on-ramp for companies that know they want AI, but don’t want to spend six months wandering around the dashboard like they’re lost in an airport.
Why investors should care
This isn’t a blockbuster acquisition or a giant new contract, but it does matter for the ServiceNow ecosystem. When partners build around a platform’s newest feature set, it usually means the vendor is pushing that product hard enough that the channel sees an opportunity to sell implementation, migration, and optimization services on top.
The AI Control Tower angle
ServiceNow has made AI Control Tower the default flavor of its AI Native SKUs — Foundation, Advanced, and Prime — as of April 2026. So this launch is basically another sign that ServiceNow is trying to make AICT feel less like a shiny side feature and more like the place customers are supposed to land.
That can be good news for NOW if it helps:
- speed up adoption among new customers
- make migrations less messy
- give partners a reason to keep building around ServiceNow’s stack
Big picture
This is the kind of ecosystem news that doesn’t scream from the rooftops, but it can quietly grease the skids for platform growth. Not exactly fireworks, but if you own NOW, you’d rather see partners leaning in than yawning at the new product line.
