New deal, new bragging rights
Zeta Global is having one of those “tell me you’re in AI without telling me you’re in AI” moments. The company said it’s striking a strategic partnership with Palantir to rebuild Zeta’s Data Cloud on top of Palantir Foundry, with Athena by Zeta sitting on top as the intelligence layer.
Why investors care
This isn’t just a logo-on-a-slide partnership. Zeta says the setup should help customers turn data into real-time decisions, and it opens a direct route into Palantir’s enterprise base. Translation: more distribution, more credibility, and a cleaner story for how Zeta could monetize its marketing software beyond the usual “trust us, the AI is good” routine.
Management also tossed out a big number: more than $100 million in annual revenue in the coming years. That’s the kind of target that makes a stock wake up and stretch before coffee.
The market’s reaction
Shares popped about 8.66% to $20.07 as traders digested the partnership and the bigger-than-a-press-release revenue tease. Both companies are also presenting at Cannes Lions today, which gives the whole thing a nice “we’re not just talking, we’re showing up on stage” vibe.
Big picture: Zeta just found a very shiny partner in Palantir, and the market is betting that shiny partnerships can eventually turn into real dollars.
