Another day, another Roblox lawsuit
Roblox is back in the legal hot seat, this time with the State of Arkansas and Attorney General Tim Griffin suing the company and Discord over what the complaint calls a "predatory pipeline" aimed at children. The allegations are grim: sexual predators, grooming, sextortion, and physical harm — basically the internet’s worst-case scenario in one court filing.
Why investors should care
This isn’t just ugly headlines. When a company’s core pitch is safety, trust, and kid-friendly entertainment, accusations like this can hit the brand right where it lives. If parents start getting spooked, the whole growth story gets a little more complicated.
