Bloom Energy says it’s expanding its partnership with MiTAC Computing Technology Corp., and the pitch is pretty simple: AI infrastructure is hungry for power, and the grid is sometimes moving like it’s stuck in molasses.
So Bloom is stepping in with fuel cell systems for an islanded microgrid. Translation: instead of waiting around for enough utility capacity to show up someday, the customer gets a more self-contained power setup now.
