New deal, same AI race
ServiceNow is widening its partnership with Tech Mahindra to help global companies get AI out of the pilot phase and into the messy real world of production. That means more automation, more enterprise workflows, and, ideally, fewer “we’ve got an AI strategy” meetings that go nowhere.
Why this matters
The pitch here is pretty simple: ServiceNow brings the AI platform, Tech Mahindra brings the consulting and industry know-how, and together they’re trying to make enterprise AI less science fair, more factory floor. If customers bite, that could mean stickier deployments and a nicer sales tailwind for ServiceNow.
The investor angle
For NOW shareholders, this is the kind of announcement that doesn’t move the earth by itself, but it does help build the narrative. ServiceNow wants to be the control tower for enterprise automation, and partnerships like this are how it tries to turn that story into recurring revenue.
Big picture: in enterprise software, the winners aren’t always the flashiest product demos — sometimes they’re the companies that make the boring stuff actually work at scale.
