TeraWulf just snagged a big regulatory win. The Kentucky Public Service Commission approved the Retail Electric Service Agreement supporting up to 482 MW of electric service for the company’s Justified Data Campus in Hancock County.

For a digital infrastructure company, power isn’t some boring back-office line item — it’s the whole game. No power, no data center. No data center, no revenue. So getting this RESA approved removes a major hurdle for the project and makes the campus a lot more real in the eyes of investors.
