Another brick in the AI wall
Nvidia keeps finding new ways to turn the AI boom into a recurring-revenue machine. This time, the company says its Groq 3 LPX inference rack has moved into full production, with neocloud Nebius lined up as the first customer to use it through Nebius Token Factory before the end of 2026.
Why investors should care
This isn’t just a nerdy hardware milestone. It’s a reminder that Nvidia’s business is no longer only about selling shiny chips and hoping customers figure out the rest. It’s building the plumbing, the racks, the systems, and the ecosystem around AI inference — basically the part where models stop training and start doing useful stuff in the real world.
That matters because inference is where AI usage can get very, very large, very fast. If Nvidia keeps winning here, it can deepen its grip on the stack while making itself harder to displace. Translation: more places for customers to spend, and more ways for Nvidia to stay embedded in the AI economy.
The bigger picture
Nebius being first in line is also a nice proof point. When a cloud customer is willing to roll something into production, it suggests this is more than slide-deck theater.
Big picture: Nvidia keeps turning “AI hype” into infrastructure that actually ships. And in markets, shipping beats talking almost every time.
