Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy handed Elon Musk one of the country’s top state honors, and the timing wasn’t subtle. Kyiv also wants to expand its use of SpaceX’s Starlink terminals, which have become a battlefield communications lifeline for Ukrainian forces.
