New gig, same AI sidekick
Salesforce showed up to Dreamforce with a shiny new partner: Live Nation Entertainment. The two companies say Live Nation is expanding its use of Agentforce, Salesforce's AI assistant, to handle 24/7 fan support across U.S. venues.
That might sound like a small customer-service tweak, but it’s the kind of rollout Salesforce wants investors to notice. AI is great for keynote slides. It’s better when it’s actually answering frantic concertgoers who lost their tickets, need venue info, or want help figuring out where the bathroom is after one too many overpriced margaritas.
Why this matters
Live Nation already tested the setup at BottleRock Napa Valley, which makes this feel less like a science project and more like a real-world expansion. If Salesforce can keep turning flashy AI demos into sticky enterprise use cases, the pitch gets simpler: this isn't just software with a chatbot skin — it's a revenue engine.
The investor angle
For CRM holders, the big question is whether Agentforce becomes the kind of product customers renew, expand, and build around. The Live Nation deal is not a moonshot by itself, but it helps Salesforce keep proving the AI narrative with actual deployments instead of vibe-based marketing.
Big picture: in the AI race, the winner may not be the one with the loudest keynote. It may be the one whose software quietly handles the annoying stuff at scale.
