The numbers are doing the loudest talking
AtlasClear Holdings is out with preliminary fiscal 2026 results, and the headline is basically: the business finally looks like it found the accelerator. Revenue came in at about $20.1 million, up 85% year over year, while revenue plus interest income climbed to roughly $21.9 million. For a small-cap financial infrastructure name, that’s the kind of growth story that makes investors sit up a little straighter.
Not just one weird trick
The company says stock locate fees grew more than 20-fold to about $6.8 million, commissions rose roughly 56%, and non-commission revenue now makes up about 54% of total revenue, up from 45% in fiscal 2025. Translation: this isn’t just a one-product pony anymore, at least on paper.
Profit, cash, and fewer financing shenanigans
AtlasClear also says this was its second consecutive year of positive net income, cash more than doubled to about $15.4 million, and stockholders’ equity reached roughly $21.1 million. Even better for existing shareholders, the company says growth happened without an at-the-market or equity line financing, and there’s been no dilutive capital raise since October 2025.
The part investors will squint at
The catch? Some of the upside from six new correspondent broker-dealers hasn’t hit the results yet. So yes, the growth story is improving, but the market will want to know whether these gains are repeatable or just a particularly shiny quarter in the mirrors-and-glass business of financial infrastructure.
Big picture: AtlasClear is trying to prove it can scale without constantly watering down shareholders. If that continues, the stock story gets a lot more interesting.
