Another check for the war chest
Greenland Mines is back with its hand out, and the market apparently didn’t mind. The Greenland-focused mineral developer said it raised more than $17 million through a registered direct offering of common stock priced at $13 per share, bringing its total new capital raised over the past week to more than $59 million.
Same story, bigger pile of cash
This comes right after the company’s recent financing spree, including the larger raise announced days ago. Management says it also terminated its ATM, which suggests it’s leaning on these more structured capital raises instead of dribbling shares out into the market like an overcaffeinated barista.
- More cash = more room to fund projects, permits, and whatever else comes with being a mineral developer in Greenland.
- But more shares also means more dilution, and that’s the part existing holders usually don’t RSVP
