Lilly is bringing the whole dermatology playbook
Eli Lilly is heading into Fall Clinical 2026 with a chunky stack of 21 presentations, and the vibe is basically: “we didn’t come to Las Vegas to make small talk.” The company says the new data will span its dermatology portfolio, with EBGLYSS (lebrikizumab) leading the charge in atopic dermatitis.
EBGLYSS gets the spotlight
The headline is more evidence that EBGLYSS may offer durable disease control, less frequent maintenance dosing, and lower reliance on topical treatments for people with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. That matters because in dermatology, convenience and long-term control can be just as important as raw efficacy — nobody wants a treatment plan that feels like a second job.
Taltz, Zepbound, and a biology side quest
Lilly is also showing off exploratory biomarker data from TOGETHER-PsO, looking at psoriasis and obesity with Taltz and Zepbound versus Taltz alone. Translation: the company is still trying to prove its immunology and obesity franchises can overlap in ways that make both more interesting to doctors — and more valuable to shareholders.
Big picture
This isn’t a single jaw-dropping catalyst, but it does reinforce a theme investors already know: Lilly likes building a moat by stacking clinical data across multiple franchises. If these presentations keep the dermatology story moving in the right direction, that could help support the long-term case that Lilly is more than the company with the hottest weight-loss drug in town.
