MP Materials is doing the classic public-company thing: telling Wall Street exactly when to show up for the next earnings reveal. The company said it will report third-quarter 2026 results after the U.S. markets close on November 5th.
The main event is the main event
Management will host a conference call and webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time, or 5:00 p.m. Eastern. That means the usual drill: investors get the numbers, then they get the corporate equivalent of a post-game press conference.
- Press release and slide deck will be posted on the investor relations site before the call
- The report covers the quarter ended September 30, 2026
- The call gives management a chance to explain what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next
Why investors care
This isn’t exciting in the “my portfolio just moonwalked” sense. But it does set the clock for the next catalyst. If you own the stock, the real question is whether MP can use this call to show progress on production, demand, or margins — the stuff that actually moves shares.
Big picture: earnings dates are boring right up until they’re not. Once the numbers hit, all the waiting turns into a very public report card.
