New quarter, bigger flex
Arteris came out swinging in Q2 2026. Revenue climbed to $24.1 million, up 46% from a year ago, while annual contract value plus royalties hit a record $99.5 million. That’s the kind of acceleration that makes investors sit up a little straighter.
The growth story is getting louder
Management pointed to strength across enterprise computing and automotive, plus wins with a major hyperscaler and a leading U.S. semiconductor design house. Translation: the company’s system IP tech is showing up in more places where chips need to be faster, safer, and more complex — basically the semiconductor version of upgrading from a studio apartment to a smart house.
Cash, guidance, and a CFO handoff
Arteris also said it completed its ATM program, raising $72 million to fund investments in system IP and possible acquisitions. The company raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $95 million to $98 million and expects Q3 revenue of $24 million to $25 million. On top of that, outgoing CFO Nick Hawkins is retiring, with Saurabh Sinha set to take over in September 2026.
Big picture: Arteris is trying to turn a strong demand backdrop into something more durable — higher revenue, better margins, and eventually actual profitability. If it keeps executing like this, the stock story gets a lot more interesting.
