Balanced Roth IRA Portfolio

Looks like a strong, clean Roth IRA equity allocation if this is for a long horizon. It is diversified, low-cost, and has a sensible factor tilt.

Read-through:

• US / international: about 65% US / 35% international based on FZROX + AVUV + QQQM vs. FZILX + AVDV. That’s reasonable: global-ish, but with a moderate US home bias.
• Core: FZROX + FZILX do most of the work. Good simple base.
• Small-value tilt: AVUV + AVDV at 15% total is meaningful but not excessive. Good place for it, since Roth accounts are tax-sheltered and long horizon fits factor volatility.
• QQQM: the only debatable piece. FZROX already owns the big Nasdaq names, so QQQM adds extra mega-cap growth/tech exposure rather than true diversification.
• Bonds: none here. That can be fine for a Roth IRA if retirement is far away and bonds/cash exist elsewhere, but this is aggressive if the account is needed within the next 10 years.

My take: strong structure overall. The only thing I’d question is whether the 5% QQQM is an intentional growth tilt or just performance-chasing. If intentional, fine; if not, the portfolio is cleaner without it.
